Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure you check out on time as cleaners will be arriving at checkout.
Make sure all the doors are shut, including internal elevator door. Press the lock button on the front door keypad upon exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Adult supervision required in elevator, balconies, pool and spa
According to Holmes Beach ordinance, No parking is allowed on the rocks or blocking sidewalks. Failure to abide may result in a ticketed violation
Respect Holmes Beach designated quiet hours 10pm-8am. (loud music, shouting, slamming doors)

Found my stay at the house to be a wonderful experience for myself and my family. Close to the beach just steps away and also to Shopping, which was a real plus. Also, Jerry, our host was a thorough and considerate person. I would highly recommend this for a family who wants to have a quiet location with a lot of perks.

Location Location Location!!! This is the easiest and fastest location to arrive and leave the island. There are no busy streets to cross to access beach, and the beach is not crowded even during peak season. No need to wake up early and run to the beach to reserve spots.

Secure concrete fence around the property for peace of mind. Elevator access from ground floor to the rooftop deck with expansive ocean views. Pool and Spa can be heated year round upon request.
