We are a family of five from Canada and loved it. Innovative use of space. All five of our clam shell suitcases fit easy in the closet. The bathroom can be used by three people at once. The bidet, shower, sink all have separate enclosures. Big patio. Easy walk from Hirai station. Best part was we got locked out and the company came on the security system proactively to help us. Only thing to watch is the address doesn’t come up in Uber so we got dropped off at the wrong place and initially walked to the wrong place using google. Also would be nice to have suitcase holders and a big lid for the big frying pan. Immaculate clean.
