It sleeps two, with one king bed and one bathroom.

The living area is bright and comfortable, featuring a cozy couch arranged in front of the television for relaxed evenings indoors. Sliding glass doors open directly to the expansive oversized balcony, seamlessly blending interior comfort with the beauty of the Gulf beyond.

Stretching the width of the unit, the private balcony provides a true front-row seat to the beach. Multiple sets of tables and chairs, along with sun loungers, create inviting spaces to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon breezes, or watch the tropical sun melt into the endless horizon at sunset.

The condo was exactly as advertised, immaculate, furnished with all we needed including beach equipment we could not fly with. Very quiet. Whole property was very well maintained. Easy beach access. Appreciated the security and limited key access for residents. Water view was perfect with awe inspiring sunsets every evening. We were happy to respect the turtle preservation instructions and excited to see a turtle nest that appeared overnight!

The public beach access is adjacent so the beach can be crowded. The access is a really beautiful walkway, and we enjoyed walking through it even though we had private access. The public beach crowd likely helps support the property having its own oceanfront restaurant which was really convenience and had delicious grouper. The condo was directly above the restaurant, but we never heard a sound. The sand along the ocean is hard and shelly, likely rebuilt, so if you're looking for soft sand this area is not the place. But it was great for shelling. Many beach walkers wore some type of footware. Dolphin sightings were frequent. The property management was near the other end of the island which was mildly inconvenient since we arrived early in the day and had to travel back to get physical keys. The condo itself was perfect for us. The large semi private balcony had nice new furniture and can be hot, but we solved this by putting up the beach umbrella. The unit condition and kitchen utensils were like new. The bed was comfy enough however pillows could be a little softer. The bathroom was clean and small like you would expect. The sunsets were incredible and the neighboring units were very quiet. Quiet sound enforcement overnight seemed strictly enforced which is great for us. Our parking space was covered which was nice. We didn't use the pool but the area seemed comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed it and would stay here again.
