In southern Tenerife, in the peaceful town of El Médano—part of Granadilla de Abona—famous for its beautiful beaches and lively promenade lined with restaurants and nightlife, you'll find the centrally located "Casa Médano 17." This 60 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Canarian-style building (no elevator), close to the harbor and several beaches. The apartment features a comfortably furnished living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, two TVs (one is a smart TV) with satellite channels, a washing machine, and a dryer. A crib and high chair are available on request. Outside, a spacious terrace with sun loungers is for your exclusive use—enjoy panoramic sea views just meters away. There's also a dining area for breakfast or dinner with stunning vistas.



Numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars are just steps away (200-750 m). A mini-market is right outside the main door (1 minute walk), and a larger grocery store is 7 minutes away on foot. The nearest sandy beaches, "Playa del Médano" and "Playa de El Médano," are just 2 to 5 minutes' walk away, with more beaches within 2-3 km. Tenerife South Airport is only 9 km (13 minutes by car). Bed linens and towels are included.

Lovely apartment, great location, just as it was described.

Pros: The huge sunny terrace, nice and private with great sea view, lots of surfing activity to watch.. Cons: Not too bothered but not able to get English channels on TV. Probably could have signed up to something if more knowledgeable on these things!
