➜ Trash bins located on the left side of the property – trash day is Saturday; kindly put bins out Friday night.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit except the garage. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Enjoy free parking for up to two cars on the driveway for your convenience; please note the garage remains locked. We kindly ask you not to park on the street.

Your home is located in a peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood in Henderson, one of the safest and most convenient areas just outside Las Vegas. The community is quiet and well-kept, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. Within a short drive, you’ll find grocery stores, parks, cafés, restaurants, and everyday essentials. Henderson is known for its clean streets, great dining, and easy access to the airport and the Strip while still providing a calm, residential atmosphere.



Getting Around:

➜ 15 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip for world-class entertainment, dining, and nightlife.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 72 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please note that I am not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit. Kindly do not order packages to the property.
