The private apartment (on 2nd floor of residential house) includes 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, walk-in closets, and 11-foot ceilings. A newly updated kitchen has white cabinets, subway tile backsplash, a skylight window, breakfast bar, and extra storage. The living room/dining room has 11-foot ceilings and large windows that fill the space with sunlight. In-unit Washer/Dryer. A large deck to enjoy the surrounding nature plus relaxing garden under mature pine trees with a picnic table. The outside deck/picnic areas are shared. Inside the unit, nothing is shared. It is all private for your personal use.

Full of history, former compound of famous literature icon, Morton Schindel, who helped make children's books into movies like the famous film "Where The Wild Things Are". Some of the film parts were even made at this compound.

LONG TERM RENTING PROCESS:
-We currently only do long term renting.
-Multiple months is our focus.
-Easily book on VRBO. Everything stays on VRBO, including payments.
-We have done this process many times for past guests and they have left 5 star reviews many times.
-Our process includes an online application, message us for details.
-Lease agreement will be required on long term stays. We provide this for you.
