New, slightly rustic "Stallgucker" apartment—lovingly furnished—a special place to observe, unwind, and feel at home. Our lovingly furnished “Stallgucker” apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our farmhouse and invites you to settle in and feel at home. From this vantage point, you’ll enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains—a vista that’s breathtaking at any time of day. From the cosy bay window, you can relax while gazing into the barn and across the farmyard, leaving the stresses of daily life behind—a special experience for young and old alike. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with two beds, offering plenty of space for families or friends. Amenities include satellite TV and an alarm clock, so you can start your day on holiday feeling completely relaxed. The heart of the apartment is the large, fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a cosy dining nook and a central cooking island—perfect for cooking together and enjoying long, convivial meals. Equipped with a ceramic cooktop, sink, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, it leaves nothing to be desired. Of course, dishes, silverware, and table linens are also provided for your stay. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet offer additional comfort. Plenty of wood and a slightly rustic, cosy interior give the apartment its warm, rustic character—authentic, homely, and relaxing. A place to unwind, take it easy, and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Our family-friendly, sunny organic farm—which combines agriculture and forestry—is situated in a quiet, secluded location. Surrounded by forests and meadows, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind, or set out on long hikes. There’s plenty of fun to be had in winter, too: whether it’s sledding, building snow caves, or having fun on the slopes at the Maiszinken family ski area—nothing stands in the way of snow fun. Numerous animals live on our farm, including dairy cows, calves, oxen, sheep, cats, and pigs. Have you ever tried fresh organic milk straight from the farm? The centre of Lunz is just about 2 km away, and the beautiful Lake Lunz is only about 3 km away. The nearest bus stop is approximately 350 m away. Private guest garden with covered seating; for our little guests, there’s also an outdoor playground with swings, a large trampoline, toy vehicles, a sandpit, and parking in front of the house... Check-in from 3:00 PM (exact time by arrangement), Check-out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Pets are not allowed here. The visitor’s tax of 2.60 EUR per person/night will be charged on-site—for guests aged 15 and older. The apartment must be left clean upon departure: beds must be stripped, dishes must be washed and put away, and sorted trash must be taken out. Alternatively, you can pay 60 EUR on-site for the final cleaning. At the Glockriegl Family Farm, you will receive the total invoice and bank details for the accommodation on-site. Please settle the invoice during or after your stay via bank transfer. A deposit is not required. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.
