Designed for comfort and convenience, this three-level home offers modern finishes, smart TVs in every bedroom, and spacious closets throughout.

The first floor features a private guest suite with full bath, kitchenette, separate entrance, washer/dryer, and backyard access.

The second floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, dining space, a comfortable living room with large TV and two balconies.

The third floor offers a primary suite with walk-in closet, double vanity, and walk-in shower, plus a third bedroom with twin beds and private bathroom and walk-in closet.

Guests are welcome to enjoy plentiful beach equipment: towels, chairs, tent, wagon, bag, boogie boards, cooler and toys.

Jax Beach Chic is perfectly located with the beach only 1.5 blocks away. Dining, shopping, Jacksonville Beach Pier and Jax Beach's Seawalk Pavilion's pop-up events and concerts are all within a safe and comfortable walking distance.
