Enjoy nature and beautiful views—recharge while being active in a wonderful area! Our holiday home is located in a stunning setting in the Bavarian Forest, in the state-recognized resort town of Lohberg, with views of the Großer Arber and the Bavarian Forest mountains. We offer two comfortable and cosy holiday apartments on a south-facing slope, each with a large covered balcony (Panoramic View Apartment—55 m²) or terrace (Arber Garden Apartment—70 m²). Enjoy the peace and quiet and the magnificent views: you’ll look directly out onto Lohberg, the Großer Arber, and the surrounding mountains. Choose one of the two holiday apartments in our house, a very charming Bavarian-style home in a quiet location, yet still within the Lohberg area. Here, the Bavarian Forest often shows itself at its most beautiful. The alpine ski resorts and cross-country ski trails are just a few minutes’ drive away. An idyllic natural swimming area right in the village is just a few minutes’ walk away. If you enjoy hiking, you’ll find ideal conditions in the surrounding area—plus, it’s usually fog-free here. A comfortable and cosy holiday apartment for 2–4 people with a magnificent view of the Bavarian Forest mountains. The holiday rental features a living room, a kitchen (including an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes), and a dining area. The apartment also has 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and features a window and a towel warmer. If you’d like to sleep in separate rooms, you can use the sofa in the living room. The large south-facing terrace offers protection from intense sun, wind, and weather thanks to a recessed area and the balcony above it, making it a perfect spot to relax; guests are also welcome to use the garden. You’ll enjoy views across the village of Lohberg to the “Großer Arber” mountain range, all the way to “Eck” (winter ski areas). Due to the house’s hillside location, you reach the apartment by going down one flight of stairs, but you can also access the terrace by walking around the house without using the stairs. Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. A prepayment of 100 EUR of the total price is due after booking. The remaining balance is payable in cash on site. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Alternative check-in times by arrangement). Please let us know your arrival time 2–3 days before arrival and arrange key pickup with us (in person or by drop-off). Check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM! Pets are not allowed. A cot is available; please enquire about additional beds (a baby counts as one person: 10 EUR/night). A visitor’s tax of 1 euro/night will be charged separately on-site for guests aged 16 and older (children ages 6–15: 0.50 EUR/night).
