Entire 3-bedroom charming house in Lake Forest Park

Here is what happened: The guest booked our property for two guests. They checked in before 6:00 p.m. that evening. At approximately 9:30 p.m., our internet and security systems were disabled. By 10:40 p.m., more than 100 people were inside the house and on the property. According to the police report, several hundred additional people were outside and around the property, with crowds also occupying areas throughout the surrounding neighborhood. We called the police, and several officers arrived to disperse the crowd. When we entered the house, we found furniture from the family room and living room had been moved and piled into the garage, blankets and pillows had been thrown onto the garage floor. The house was filled with smoke and the smell of marijuana. Multiple household items had been stolen or damaged. The carpet was also left dirty after hundreds of people walked through the house. This incident involved multiple violations of our clearly stated house rules, including exceeding the occupancy limit, tampering with the internet and security systems, hosting an unauthorized party, smoking and drug use on the property, rearranging furniture, and failing to follow our requirement to remove shoes upon entering the house. We take our guests’ safety, the security of our property, and the well-being of our neighbors seriously.
