Perched, just a short walk over the skybridge, from the beach and some of the best attractions on the island, this wonderful condo will have you feeling right at home in no time. Your reservation includes beach service of two chairs and one umbrella. Not to mention, the shared pool has plenty of seating for a tanning session as the kiddos splash nearby.



When you find yourself having downtime at home base, the furnished balcony is large enough to accommodate the whole gang for anything from a glass of wine to a gourmet alfresco meal in the salty air. Speaking of tasty meals, the full kitchen is just waiting to assist in preparing all of your favorite recipes when you don't feel like trying out one of the many local restaurants nearby. Entertainment won't be hard to find with the free WiFi and TVs available, yet if you want some peace and quiet, take advantage of the large jetted tub in the primary suite to soak in bliss as the stars come out.

Wonderful spring break

We had a wonderful family visit to Destin West at this property. Very clean unit, nice outdoor and indoor tables for eating as a family, great pool areas with heated pool options and large hot tubs for chilly mornings. Several eating options within walking distance. Kitchen was fully stocked - had everything we needed and more.

Very nice location

Great vacation stay! Living room light and back patio light doesn’t work, and people claiming poolside chairs with a towel but not using them all day left none for people enjoying the pool. Overall, great condo!

This is a cute and cozy condo. It was clean, perfect location, great amenities, beautiful view, all the kitchen necessities were supplied, it has a K-CUP MACHINE, cute decor, comfortable beds, and I would definitely stay here again. GREAT WEEKEND!!

An honest review

Make sure to have your braclets on for the lazy River at all times! Staff patrols and reprimands. Fun lazy River, nice location, slight awkward flow of the complex and getting across the street to the beach (need braclets here too) but doable. This complex was pretty clean but had a lot of broken items (figurine, drape rod falling off wall, kitchen tongs, wine opener.) if there was any cleaning products I would of cleaned and/or ran the dishwasher more. Amazing communication and updates from the property owner throughout the stay. Overall fantastic for the price.
