The Space:

Beach House 102A offers you a casual Floridian feel with terrific gulf views and is located on the ground floor so you can also enjoy the grassy area directly in front of the condo's patio. The well-equipped kitchen features large countertops and complete housewares to make your favorite beach meals. The living room has casual comfortable furniture with carpeted floors, a TV with DVD/VHS, and a queen sofa bed. There is a dining table for six and two bar stools for additional seating at the counter. With all of this, you are sure to enjoy this Beach House getaway! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Our guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation (per condo - not per person). And that's not it! Lucky guests will have unlimited access to the resort's shared outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, tennis court, grills, and washer/dryer.



This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Run down, in dire need need of care

This property is pretty run down. Bottom of refrigerator rusted out .Carpet so filthy we didn't walk on it without shoes. Carpet nails poked me and my guest in the foot .Icemaker not working, called front desk, said they would have a repairman call and then come check it, nobody ever called or came out .We just bought ice, what else to do? Clock in living room not working. Paint missing from doors and baseboards. Filthy baseboards .Lamp with frayed wire, total fire hazard. What looked to be blood on the bathroom wall. The air intake was absolutely gross and made us feel bad. We felt fine outside the condo but started feeling bad when we were inside only. I spoke with another guest who stated they paid the same for their condo as we did and it was nice, clean and updated. They even let me see theirs. That leads me to believe the owner of this condo cares nothing about cleanliness or updating, just making a fast buck. They should be ashamed .We literally washed the dishes before using and did not sleep under the covers just to be safe. Here are the positives about the condo and our stay. Easy beach access. Plenty of towels and enough hot water for showers. The beautiful beach made the condo bearable but we will never stay there again, in it's current shape. We even took photos but not going to post them as we would just love to see the condo updated, not trying to be too critical, just giving an honest review.
