The Space:

This quaint home enjoys a prime location on a quiet street, just a short bike ride to Seaside, and within a half-mile of the nearest public beach access (Ramsgate Beach Access). It's the perfect location away from the crowds, yet still close enough to enjoy all the incredible restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Some of the attractions you will find nearby include Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Blue Mountain Beach, Camp Helen State Park, Gulf Place Town Center, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and Conservation Park.



This charming home offers a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. There are two living areas on opposite sides of the floor plan, offering inviting furniture and TVs so you don't have to fight over the remote. Right in the middle is the well-appointed chef's kitchen, which is complete with all stainless steel appliances. French glass doors lead you to the enclosed backyard, which boasts a deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

Perfect location, great place

We had everything we needed, the location was awesome, the beds were so comfortable, and the outdoor shower was a home run. We enjoyed the grill and the patio out back as well. Thank you for the mid-week rental. We will definitely be returning!

Great escape!

I absolutely loved this house. It was so clean, cozy, and felt like home at the beach. The decor was great and the bed comfortable. A comfortable bed is so important! I loved everything about it from the location, size, decor, little details. I highly recommend this place for your beach get away! I will be booking again! Hopefully soon!!

Clean place, great location.

Two reasons it’s rated 4 stars instead of 5. 1 it’s managed by a huge property mgmt. group and their reps know nothing about the place except what they are told. 2 They told us there was a beach umbrella and there was not, nor was there any beach gear. Expect to provide everything yourself. Otherwise clean and easy.
