Our Family’s Happy Place

We come every year, stay in the same condo, and always a good experience. Property is clean, great location, quick response time with property management. Love all the kitchen supplies to cook with. We will be back.

Prime location

Location is perfect. Relatively quiet neighborhood but then less than 2 min walk to the beach. 6 min drive to groceries and stores. Heated pool, nice temp hot tub right outside the patio. We did have to call Vacasa (property management) because our code didn’t work to get in but we got a new one in 5 mins.

Spring break

Property was in great location, place itself could have used a little maintenance. Dining chair leg was broken, recliner chair and bar stools had stains on them. Kitchen sink was leaking but handyman was able to fix, not enough pillow cases, white dog hair on blue accent rug and unit was supposed to be pet free. All in all, the location to pool and beach were ideal if you had kids!

Uneven stay

This unit was convenient, being on the first floor, and not too much noise coming from upstairs. Bed was rather hard, but we like harder beds, and slept quite well, partially due to the blackout curtains in bedroom. This is the first time we've stayed in a unit here that had blackout curtains, and we've stayed in quite a few at this location. Kitchen was well stocked, but could have used a few more plates. There were only three, if I recall correctly. Great, quiet location, if you don't mind being across the street from the beach instead of on it. A new park is apparently being planned across the street, so it remains to be seen how quiet it will be next time we go down. Our only negatives were all with Vacasa. They didn't really seem to have their act together most of the time, but it all turned out all right in the end, so we had a decent stay.
