Holiday Apartment Casa Lorenz 2 with Mountain View, Wi-Fi & Garden
Casa Lorenz is a newly constructed apartment complex located in the ski resort of Alba in Trentino’s Val di Fassa. The 42 m² ground floor apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and room for ski storage. A highchair and cot are both available upon request. In addition to this, the apartment is powered solely by solar energy. Outside, you will find a shared garden with mountain views and a grill. The nearest ski lift can be found in the centre of Alba, which is 15 minutes (1km) by foot. You will also find a selection of restaurants here, as well as the nearest supermarket. A larger selection of ski lifts, shops, bars and restaurants is available in the neighbouring town of Canazei, which is 5 minutes drive (2.5km) away. The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours 30 minutes (140km) by car.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Heating is on from the beginning of October to the 10th of May.
There is a lockable garage that is accessible from inside the house to store bicycles.
