This beachy condo is just 100 steps to a private beach on the beautiful Emerald Coast and within walking distance to several restaurants (Captain Dave’s across the street, Kenny D’s around the corner and less than a mile to Crab Trap and Pompano Joes). This nicely appointed condo offers a “peek a boo” view of the Gulf of Mexico right from the couch and sleeps 4 comfortably. This condo also offers a washer/dryer in the unit, a private patio, a shared pool, heated in the cooler months as well as tennis and pickle ball courts. Everything you need for your vacation adventures!

Beach side stay

This cozy bungalow was just as advertised. Very cute decor, good kitchen, equipped with essentials. The king bed was comfortable and overall the place was very nice. It's a short walk to one beach, or a short drive to several others. Conveniently located for shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

The view wasn’t great. Shopping was great. Bed linens would not stay on the mattress.Bath linens were were very cheap and Rough. The fluorescent light in the kitchen needed a new bulb wasn’t working. Windows are dirty.

Destin Beach get-away!

Location was nothing less than perfect as the beach is walking distance. Our Wi-Fi only worked for the first night then it stopped working, luckily this was not an issue since we spent our day outside. I do recommend more blankets would have been nice and maybe update the mattresses as they were not the comfiest. Other than that, this place is a great stay if you’re not staying long.

We did enjoy this property other than the sheet did not fit the bed properly and kept coming off in the middle of the night. Sister does not give a person it's starting to show some wear and tear inside and could use some updating.

Good location, close to the beach. Floors were dirty. Tv didn't work in the bedroom. No blankets and beds very uncomfortable and huge roaches!! Paid too much money to have roaches.

Beach vacation

Great location and the condo was comfortable. Condo needed updating in the bedroom from the 70s. The living room couch and dining room chairs need replaced. Also, no extra blankets,oven mitts, hand soap, kitchen washcloth, cookie pans, or condo manual. Location was perfect, though. We took care of 2 wasp nests , broken blinds, and 2 sliding glass door tracks that weren’t working while we were there. The place was great, but needs some TLC.

Furniture needs to be replaced

The living room furniture needs to be replaced. Couch is uncomfortable and smells. Recliner chair also smells and is very old. Very gross and couldn’t stand to use them. TV is difficult to work and too small. On the flip side, the bed is very nice and comfortable. Nice kitchen and bathroom also. Couldn’t access the pool and was told the office is closed on weekends so no way to contact them. Good location though and would stay again if living room furniture is replaced.
