Southern Hospitality Still Alive & Well

It's a truly charming location with everything you need for a getaway. Everything was more convenient than expected so that was a welcome surprise during peak season. We met a lovely lady in the pool one afternoon who coincidently turned out to be our host. It's reassuring there are still people out there like her who actually care about your stay. We will be going back!

Tropical Isle Getaway

The location and neighborhood were great! The check in process was very easy. The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. My only complaints are that the bathtub needs a little attention and the dishwasher is not user friendly-it took me some time to figure out how to turn it on.

Location was great! The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. The kitchen needed more cooking stuff and cleaning stuff. No dish soap for the sink. No wash rages and towels were limited. But a great place to stay for the price! We loved it and had a great time!

The mattress was EXTREMELY squeaky/grinding even just rolling over at night especially on the side closest to the window and very firm. All of the pillows are completely flat and not useable. It should be looked in to for future guests.

Great stay, great price

Our room was clean, the property manager was very helpful with all questions we had the building was very close to the water, and we loved having a pool that was pretty deserted whenever we wanted to hang out at it. The only problem we had was the pullout couch, it had springs that wouldn’t attach to the frame due to tears. I let Jesse, the property manager, know and he apologized for the inconvenience and an air mattress was immediately brought up to our room. The living room/dining area was not that big, so it took up all the walking space to get onto the kitchen, but we pretty much stayed at the beach and pool, so it wasn’t that big of a deal, until we were in for the evening. Then it was inconvenient, but we managed. We would definitely recommend the place to others as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property suited our needs, and it's location was just right - with the beach, and a convivence store within easy walking distance. Only two things I disliked - the front door is not lockable from the inside (for extra security at night), and there was hammering coming from unit 209 at times.
