The Space:

Located within a 1-minute walk to the beach, this 4-bedroom beach retreat is nestled in the quiet community of Summer's Edge in Seagrove Beach just south of 30A. This spacious home offers the comfort you have been looking for! Just a short walk to the private deeded beach and a stone's throw from Eastern Lake this home offers three levels of well appointed . Guests will also enjoy access to two community pools.



This gorgeous home comes well furnished with high-end finishes and modern features. Beautiful wood flooring features throughout each of the three floors, with central AC and wireless internet providing in-home essentials. Multiple outdoor living spaces include a ground floor deck and balconies on the middle and upper floors. Bicycles are provided for easy beach cruising and there's even an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand when you get home. Lucky anglers can bring home their fresh catch to cook on the private gas grill - but burgers are never a bad back-up!



The group chef will find the full kitchen's expansive counter space and updated appliances perfectly suited for at-home meals. A wine cooler/beverage fridge offers a touch of elevated convenience. High-top seating for four is available at the island counter while full meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for eight. Coffee and light meals can be enjoyed on the furnished balcony equipped with Adirondack chairs and a four-seater patio table. Enjoy some casual downtime in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV.



The ground and upper floors feature the home's bedroom areas while the middle serves as the main living space. Each bedroom includes an en suite bath. A shared, half-bath is available on the main floor for household convenience. Both ground floor guest rooms feature private entry to/from common deck areas and the upper floor primary suite features a private, furnished balcony.

The floors had not been clean. If they were, they were halfway clean. They were covered in sand. The kitchen is. It well equipped. We had to purchase things upon arrival. This needs to be improved - was very inconvenient. Location is great. Overall, good stay.

The location of the house was very nice. Right in between the two community pools and a quick stroll to the beach. The house is older, and therefore could use some patching and painting all around. We also had to kill quite a few very large spiders, but otherwise the convenient location was worth all of that. What makes the property less desirable was the property management. They were either slow to respond, or if quick to respond, very unhelpful. For a reasonable and lower price point, I would stay here again understanding I needed low expectations in communication next time.

Good vacation

We just stayed at this home with our two children and 3 grandparents. We enjoyed the home but the internet is awful! Even when connected our phones wouldn’t load browsing pages. The towels need a little upgrading as well, they are paper thin. The sheets are a whole different story. They did not even fit on the beds! Each night we had to pull the sheets down on almost every bed because they were too small. The house itself could use a little maintenance and fresh coat of paint. Also, the thermostat on the top level kept randomly going from 70 to where we set to all the way to 67 at one point. Just found that bit odd. We love this neighborhood with its proximity to the beach and having a pool in the neighborhood.

Girl’s Trip

Great 3-story house at a great location. A few positives and negatives. Beds were comfortable and loved that there was a bathroom in each bedroom. Very short walk to the beach. Only complaints from our group were that the sheets did not fit the beds. The fitted sheets were too small for the mattresses and did not stay tucked. Also, the rooms are extremely bright when the sun rises. Black out shades would be an excellent addition to this property. Also, the palmetto plants on each side of the driveway need to be cut back or eliminated ASAP. They scratched our vehicles coming in and out and is also a trip hazard because the driveway is very narrow. Also, one of the bikes had a flat tire so we could not use it. Other than that, the house was a great fit for our group.
