Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access—check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Perfect family rental

We had a great time staying at this house. We have stayed in this neighborhood before, but we loved the location of this house. It was in a quiet area with minimal traffic. Our dogs enjoyed it, as well! Would definitely stay here again. Clean house with plenty of room and plenty of linens!

Fun and Relaxing Stay

Property was pretty clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was active during the day but quiet in the evenings. A bit of a walk to the beach so a wagon would have been a welcomed addition to the house -we enjoy walking, and did not utilize the transportation that the neighborhood provided. We had a nice stay at this property.

Great vacation home

This home fit our family needs very well in Jan 2022. It was close to shopping, restaurants and family we were visiting. It is in a gated community. The home was well equipped in the kitchen and had plenty of clean towels in the bathrooms. Had some initial issues upon our arrival but Vacasa, the property mgmt. company was extremely responsive and corrected those items to ensure we had a good and comfortable stay. We would rate them and this home 5 stars.

Great vacation week!

The house was perfect for us two and our pup! It’s always hard to find places that allow pets and this house was perfect! The quiet, little gated community it is in was great and not that far from the beach at all. We walked to and from the beach multiple times. The home was prepped with bed sheets, towels and basic toiletries in every bathroom and also in the kitchen. We ate out every night but one and that particular night, we cooked steaks on the grill that was outside which was GREAT to have! We are very much so planning to return!

Our second stay at Osprey Landing

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. Overall it’s nice but could use a little updating. The tub and shower in the bathroom on the main floor is a little worn. The patio furniture upstairs is so worn and uncomfortable and you could use a small table or two up there. Other than that, it was great. The management company was super responsive with two small issues. We love the neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly and happy to be on vacation. We’re already planning next year’s visit and will likely stay there again.

Try nice place

This was a very enjoyable stay. The only thing that we have to complain about is that when we got there the tv and internet were not working and it took them 3 whole days (half our trip) to get it fixed. Thank god for our hotspots and tablets or else staying with 5 small children would have been much worse. We also didn’t like how you couldn’t have a golf cart on the property. We were excited to rent one when we got there only to be disappointed by this. But other than that the stay was very nice and the pool was excellent.
