The Space:

Gulf-front living at its best! This fabulous 3 bedroom/3 bathroom property on the 7th floor is the newest addition to our rental program. The 12-foot ceilings create an open and airy feel with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated throughout, this unit comes equipped with all of the comforts of home. Two king beds and two double beds will sleep a total of 8 guests. The primary suite offers breathtaking Gulf views and access to the balcony plus the primary bathroom boasts a garden tub as well as a separate shower. The unit comes equipped with a wet bar with an ice maker, a washer/dryer, 4 flat-screen televisions and a waterfront balcony with dazzling Gulf views. Spanish Key features an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, sauna, two gazebos, outdoor grills, and lush landscaping.

Unbeatable location. Condo was well equipped and we enjoyed the floor plan. The building was The floors were not very clean upon check in.

Problems

Whole building was being painted. Fire door was closed off. Parking was cut in half-for painting equipment. Out door pool closed. only 1 of 2 elevators worked for 3 weeks. If we had been told about the painting ,we would have gone somewhere else. Building was closing for everyone 2/25.

This was a great place! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and the space was perfect for my husband our 4 kids, son in law, and grandson. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, upscale condo

This condo was clean with gorgeous furniture and comfortable beds! The beach was less crowded than near other buildings. Sand was soft, and the water was clear! (After Hurricane Michael left the area). The master bedroom overlooks the water with gorgeous views. One elevator was out of order, but that was the only inconvenience.

Condo had everything you could ask for. The view was spectacular, the beds were comfortable, indoor and outdoor pools were always clean. The beach was not overly crowded. We stayed an extra night and will most probably book again.
