The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, a TV, and a DVD player.

Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age. Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.
