The Space:

This condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B324 is decorated in soothing blues and greens to enhance the tropical feel of the resort. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a dining table with seating for three and a bar area with stools for additional seating. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The living room also houses a set of twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet. The unit has a stackable washer/dryer included for your convenience. Wireless internet is also available.

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We always enjoy our stays at Waterscape. The property had everything we needed, the beaches were the most beautiful we had ever seen and we loved the location looking out over the upper pool.

We only wish we could have stayed longer. Fun pools and beautiful beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony chairs so much we bought some for our backyard. Perfect vacation spot for a family. We'll be back!

Location of waterscape was perfect for us! Loved the pools, lazy river, having the beach right there with daily beach service. The unit itself was updated, clean, and nicely decorated.

Great family resort beautiful area

Nice resort could use a little updating in condo. Heat both pools would be nice for spring weather. Especially since during our stay pools were closed for hours because someone didn't put swimmies on their kid and they pooped in pool.

Great location! Overall decent place, could use a few minor updates.

Great location! Close to elevators for pool/beach access. Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. The bathrooms could definitely use an update. Shower faucet handle came off several times. Mattress in master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. A few new pillows, and towels would be a great bonus. Other than that, it’s a decent place. I would stay again, just think the above mentioned changes would make this place 5 stars!

Overall great stay!

I specifically booked this because of the beach service provided and I’m so glad I did! Being able to walk out on the beach to chairs and an umbrella that is included with your stay is SO nice! The location was great for us - would recommend Asiago Skillet for breakfast basically just across the street. When we first got to our room we had issues with the door code working but management was responsive through text and we were able to get it fixed in a matter of a few minutes. Just a side note, if you’re planning on cooking in the room there aren’t any basic seasonings provided. But I would recommend and we would stay here again!

Great location, could have been cleaner.

This property is in a good location. Easy to get to the pool and parking lot. It could have been cleaner. I went to get the coffee maker ready for coffee in the morning, there was still a used filter in the coffee maker. It made us wonder, was the room cleaned at all or the beds just made...The furniture needs a deep clean and the patio table and chairs need to fixed. My drink kept falling over being so uneven, The bar height Adirondack chairs were awesome, loved those. There were no pool bands waiting for us after they asked how many guest. Last time we stayed at Waterscape everything was ready for us in the room. It was a great week at the beach, just wish it was cleaner.

Great unit overall, needs minor attention

This is our second stay in the complex first time in this unit. This unit is exceptionally located for access to the parking garage (very short walk around the corner from the parking area) and access to the elevator which drops you off at the pool area. The view is nicely located over the pool area, but no beach view. Beds were mostly comfortable. The master bed was nice, the bunk beds were adequate and sturdy built. The pull out sofa however would only be suitable for small children as the mattress is too thin. The unit was clean. You can tell the cleaning crew put in a nice effort however the sheets had quite a few stains and what appeared to be some sort of machinery residue/adhesive on one if the bunk bed sheets. I assume this is a complex cleaning company issue and not necessarily the fault of the property owner, however should be addressed as it affected our stay as we had to make bedding changes and adjustments on arrival. The master bathtub (only basin tub in unit) was missing its drain plug so we had to bathe and cup rinse our children in running water instead of a bath, and the faucet handle was extremely hard to turn. Definitely needs maintenance. Plate, glass, and eating utensils were quality and plenty however cookware could stand to be expanded. Overall i really enjoyed the unit, it was comfortable and in a really convenient location in the complex. A few minor maintenance issues and some additional cookware and this place would be a gem.
