Location and complex is great unit itself was very very disappointing and poorly maintained from water leaking issues with hole in jacuzzi tub. Mold in one of the showers child’s cup in storage draw with mold. Balcony has great views but terrible maintenance dirty looking floors and sand planters on balcony that causes sand to be blown everywhere a cup half full of water and cigarette butts left in on it. This complex itself was great friendly staff in walking distance to restaurants directly on a great beach but this condo unit is in need of much improvement updating, maintenance and deep cleaning. I have been is several other units in this complex that are great but this unit is not worth the stay.

Best Vacation Ever!

This place was wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we knew it was perfect for our family of 10. It was clean and spacious and beautiful. It is on the beach and close to town. Yet, we felt like we had plenty of room and amenities. We had a great family vacation!

Great place to stay & has plenty of room. We’ve stayed on this complex several times & it’s very nice. The only bad thing in this unit is it probably needs just a few more utensils as in the silverware. But besides that it’s ideal.

The condo was the perfect size for our family vacation. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of space when we did gather as a family. The condo is somewhat dated but it was clean and very comfortable.

Great Stay

The size of the Condo was very accommodating for our group. We did have an issue with the toilet in the master running constantly, but that was promptly fixed with a call to the service team. Very good service from the maintenance crew. We sat out on the patio every morning watching the dolphins swim. It was a very relaxing and nice place. The Location is great if you like to be up high and on the ocean front. Great Place and we will be back again.

Beach stay in high style

Kitchen was well equipped, except there needs to be a K- cup maker. We took our own. Unless I miss read, I expected the 3rd bathroom to be accessed from 2 bedrooms and instead there were 3 suites. We all loved the place and recommend it highly!

Great location

The scenery was beautiful but the carpets and furniture were filthy. The showers and hot tub were also not very clean. Nice big kitchen to cook in but the refrigerator was not able to keep our stuff cold.

First time Gulf Shores

This was our first experience at Gulf Shores. The condo was the perfect space for our large blended family. Right on the beach and the kids loved the pool. We enjoyed having a popular “The Hangout” a mile from the condo with great restaurants in between. The only complaint I had was the condo definitely needs to be completely updated as well as several cracked tiles needing to be replaced. We were more than pleased with the condo and our experience at Gulf Shores!
