Welcome to the penthouse level of Island Royale, with beautiful views of Gulf Shores' sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico from your furnished balcony! Enjoy relaxing in this spacious condo with modern coastal decor and an updated full-size kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! You will also enjoy Island Royale's shared amenities like a swim-thru indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and a fitness room!



Island Royale is just a mile and a half down West Beach Boulevard with direct Gulf views and beach access. When you aren't cooling off in the condo pool, grab a bite to eat at the famous Hangout of Gulf Shores, less than a mile away, and enjoy delicious food, live bands, and their fun gift shop! We have been going to Gulf Shores for several years now. We loved how close we were to places, walked almost everywhere. Kids used the pool sone instead of the beac and loved it. Views were awesome. Would definitely stay there again

This condo is in a great location right on the beach. Watch the ocean from the balcony, or a quick elevator trip and you’re on the beach. Within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, and plenty of other options. Great floor plan to accommodate a large family or multiple families.

Easy beach access and great view

While the interior is getting out dated, we weren’t there for the indoors. Excellent beach access and easy walking distance to restaurants. Only complaint about the place was the very noisy and uncomfortable queen bed. They should replace that, but everything else was ok.

Wonderful stay

We had 5 adults and 4 children under 10 years old and this condo was great. Fit our needs perfectly. Location is in our favorite part of gulf shores. Renovations ongoing around pool area but was able to swim and use hot tub. No elevator delays at all. Overall wonderful stay at this condo and complex. Will look forward to returning soon!

Property wasn't cleaned well at all. There was even still food on the dishes and utensils. The beds are like rock slabs. Beautiful view, though. Close to amenities. We had a great stay despite the cleanliness.

It was a beautiful stay. The view was great. The balcony’s were great. The condo was clean and easy to use. A bit smaller than we expected but it was homey and it worked out great for my family. The parking in the garage was an unexpected plus! I would recommend to anyone.
