Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed (washer/dryer, oven/stove, coffee makers, etc). Great location and to get around Fort Myers and the complex was very safe and quiet. Adam was a great host and made everything super easy and accommodating! When we go back to Fort Myers we will definitely be using again!

Loved this location. Publix, CVS, gas station and bank right outside of the gated community. Pool and hot tub nicely maintained. 20 minutes from Ft. Myer beach. Host very accommodating! Will recommend for friends and family for a future stay.

This property was in a safe, clean and quiet area. Close to shopping, beaches, restaurants, walking distance to supermarket and drug store. Great amenities and 2 pools. 2nd yr here, already booked 3rd!

We love this area and the accommodations are perfect for our needs! Close enough to the beach but not too close! Close to hiking and shopping too. 3 min walk to Publix for groceries and the $ tree is across the street. We are so comfortable here and Adam has been avail to help us in any way we need! Fort Myers stay at Christmas 2024

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host Adam communicated with us just prior to our arrival and met us at the gate. Great location!

We loved the area. We rode bikes every day along McGregor. There was a bike rack close by. We were close to everything we needed and viewed the stairs as exercise!!! Pool and workout room were very nice. The bed was so comfortable we wished we could take it home with us! Adam was a very responsive host and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again.

Great 1 bedroom condo and close to all our favorite restaurants.

This is one of our favorite rentals, but wanted to add it's on the 3rd floor. There are great retaurants near the condo. La Casita, Citrola's, Terra Nosta, Dixie Fish House, Parrot Key are minutes from the condo. Take a short drive on Cape Coral Bridge to reach the Monkey Bar and Ford's Garage. Coconut Jack's, Leoni's in Bonita Springs are open, too. ~ Nita D.

This property has everything we need for the perfect 2 wks vacation. We love the pool the best. We love having a Publix so close because we do almost all our own cooking. Washer and dryer in condo is super nice too. Close enough to the beach and parks that we ride bikes to them most the time but Lyft has been very convenient too! Adam is super great to work with and we will be back!

Great bed, very clean, no elevator

The unit was very clean, and nicely decorated. Bed was most comfortable of any offered over our many travels. Unit is small and it’s 36 steps up and 36 down anytime you leave. We aren’t mountain climbers, so this posed a drawback.

Everything you could ask for. We felt so at home. Washer/ dryer was a huge plus after coming home everyday after playing in the Roy Hobbs baseball World Series. Well equipped kitchen. Netflix , use of clubhouse, pool and jacuzzi all added to the experience. Location was central to everything. Adam was great greeting us and available whenever we had a question. Great experience.
