We supply just about everything you will need in a suite - all pans, dishes, glass ware, a portable induction top burner, cooking, eating, & grill utensils, coffee maker & filters, toaster oven, water kettle, microwave, blender, 18 cuft Whirlpool refrigerator, all linens, blankets & pillows, beach towels and beach sheet. We also supply a hair dryer (less for you to pack!) and iron & ironing board, plus cleaning supplies.

Guests in the upstairs apartments use the downstairs laundry room on the back side of the house with nice Samsung washer & dryer..

The common areas include the on-site paved parking area, screened spa area for adults 17 years & older, garden, grill, outdoor dining tables & chairs, lounge chairs, covered pergola, gazebo, & clothes line, bikes, beach equipment & golf clubs. Bikes & beach equipment, etc. are in the garden shed in the back yard. These are respectfully shared by all guests of the house.

All apartments are non-smoking/vaping, except outside and no pets or animals are allowed on the property.

Green Palm Villa Vacation Rental Apartments are conveniently located just off beautiful McGregor Blvd. and within a 15-minute walk to downtown Ft. Myers. The downtown contains many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars & clubs for your enjoyment. There also are two parks downtown along the Caloosahatchee River & Yacht Basin, which is lovely for both children & adults. Downtown holds many special events, especially in the winter months for guests & residents. February brings a huge art exhibit downtown, as well as the Edison Pageant of Light Parade, and other events. Downtown also has a new public library, located at the east end of First Street.

The famous Thomas Edison, Henry Ford Museum & Estates are a few blocks away. We have a very nice Publix grocery store in the neighborhood, so food shopping is so easy when you arrive. Convenience stores, drugs stores & gas stations are close by and I-75 is about a 15-minute drive.

With all our apartments, we strive to make your vacation as pleasant as possible with our lovely garden & outdoor areas and our tasteful, comfortable furnishings. As owners living next door to Green Palm Villa, we are readily available should you need help with directions, etc.

Perfect spot for visiting downtown fort meyers

Cleo is super nice and very accommodating. Provides extra little touches, like laundry soap for the washing machine, bicycles and beach towels and chairs. She even made us key lime pie! It's in a nice little neighborhood perfect for walking downtown, to the Edison Ford Estate, the grocery store, Bennetts coffee shop (with the best made from scratch donuts in the world) and restaurants and a brewery all within 3 or 4 blocks. Plus a beautiful quiet backyard to relax in! We'll be back.

Cleo is very accommodating with all she has to offer. She has a book including all the popular areas and even goes over it with you. She also provides beach necessities that you can borrow which was super inconvenient! It was all we needed for our stay. Will def recommend Cleo and the area!

Great location for exploring the region. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable. Cleo is a very welcoming host, taking lots of time to show us everything in the apartment and answering all of our questions about the area. Our little vacation home was centrally located that it made it very easy to travel to & from our destinations. Very nice to have beach towels/chairs & umbrella there to take to beach. 90 is a bit hot for us since we are use to the teens or lower. Cleo was very informative & met us when we arrived. My wife and I spent 5 happy days in Green Palm Villa recently. Very quiet part of the town, not too far from the downtown shops and restaurants. Not exactly walking distance though, but we had a car and it took just 5 minutes to downtown. There was ample parking in front of the villa. Our suite had a nice living room, bedroom and bath. The living room has everything you need - from salt & pepper, plates, cups, mugs, coffee machine ( we took our own ground coffee with us ), microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, TV, induction cooker, spoons, forks, flashlight, candle ........... I could go on and on! The suite is air conditioned. It was very comfortable during the nights. There is a Publix store within walking distance for all grocery needs. Cleo the owner was very friendly and helpful. We hope to return next year. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Location, near downtown, is great. Accommodations more than ample. Cleo, the owner, is super-nice and helpful in every imaginable way. Hot tub, outdoor grill and laundry facilities make this a great economical as well as comfortable place to stay. Only downside is that the two upstairs apartments are on one thermostat, and if neighbors like it hot (like 1/2 the time I was there) it is hard to find a common ground.

Sunny Fort Myers

The suite is compact but had everything I needed and the location 2 blocks off of downtown Fort Myers is great. The entire house has been repaired and upgraded and all very nicely done. The owners take great pride in the appearance and upkeep of the house and it is extremely clean. The backyard is absolutely a perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon---reading, napping with all kinds of tables, chairs surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees. The best part the owners are perfect to work with and very friendly.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I are both Ft. Myers natives, having moved back home in 2008. We love this area & purchased our Arts & Crafts home, which is close to where we grew up. When the property next to us (2218) became available ), we knew we could make it into a nice rental, first beginning as a yearly rental, and then a vacation rental in 2013.
The house is tastefully decorated with antiques and stylish, comfortable furniture & beds. We have many original art pieces, including ceramics, paintings and photography. All linens are bright, clean and fresh! Our backyard is fully fenced for privacy and contains lush tropical plantings.
We have had lovely guests from the US and Europe and it is our pleasure to meet & help them in any way we can.

What makes this property unique

Our guests always comment on how COMFORTABLE and CLEAN our rentals are. We also provide MANY EXTRAS not provided by most rentals. This is very important to us as we work hard to give our guests a stress-free vacation with us. Our LOCATION is a plus, being within a 15-minute walk to Downtown Ft. Myers and the parks along the Caloosahatchee River. We have a great Publix grocery near by, so shopping is easy and fast after a long flight or drive to Ft. Myers. Restaurants, banks, drug stores and gas stations are all close. The beach is a straight shot down McGregor Blvd, about 30 minutes away.
