This was a very "okay" experience. View and balcony were amazing. Beds & couch were very comfortable. Coffee set up was very frustrating - tiny coffee pot that didn't come with filters (and couldn't find filters that fit it) and a keurig machine without the cups. Didn't have enough basic cleaning supplies (broom, paper towels, etc.). Door code quit working the day before we left and took over almost 2 hours for host to let us back in the condo. Overall, it was an okay place to stay, but for the price you're paying it should have run a lot smoother and provided more.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the amazing view and found the beds and couch comfortable. However, we truly regret that the coffee setup and cleaning supplies fell short of your expectations. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as planned, especially with the door code issue. We’re committed to providing a seamless experience, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience you faced. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to improve our services and ensure that every stay is as smooth as possible. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable stay.
