Great location to the beach. Need restroom on ground floor. Code was too long to open door. Could use update in bedrooms 2.We did enjoy our stay. Weather didn’t cooperate though. Thanks.

Great view of the ocean, right on the beach and located extremely close to popular restaurants in gulf shores. The condo is exactly as shown in photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only “hiccup” I would mention would be the handle to the sliding glass door was almost falling off which made it extremely hard to open to go onto balcony. I messaged the host about it and someone was sent to fix it the next day! Was extremely pleased with the communication with the host as well. Definitely recommend.

We arrived at the check in time and still had to wait 1 hour before being able to use our accomodation. Once finally unloading, we went to the beach and noticed we had no clean towels for bathing. We called and they were unable to brings towels the first day. We received towels around 4 pm the second day of our trip. It was a miserable trip. We could not get clean to be comfortable. The reservation states 4pm check in and towels for 6 adults. We planned our trip around those promises. We asked for a late check out of 11 since our trip was cut short because of their lack to plan for our arrival. They were unwilling to give us 1 hour extra because they needed to clean. Where was that care when we checked in. Pitiful.
