Villa in Son Parc with privat pool next to the golf course

This beautiful villa is located directly on Menorca's only golf course with a view of hole No. 5 and only 1,800 m from the beach.

The property faces south. The beautiful palm garden is very private and invites you to relax. A sunny terrace and a roof terrace offer plenty of space for guests who like to enjoy the sun. A cozy garden lounge also offers shade in the warm summer months.

The pool is 100% private for our guests and is approx. 10m x 4m. At the deepest point approx. 2m and at the flat point with steps, it is easy to walk on.

The main entrance of the villa leads through a bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen. A drinks refrigerator, a fridge and freezer combination for food, dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven, coffee maker, toaster and microwave are available, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Outside there is also a Weber gas grill available for our guests.

The spacious dining / living room with access to the garden / pool area is furnished with beautiful comfortable sofas and a spacious table as well as satellite TV. This area is air-conditioned.

A first double bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. It has a patio door that allows direct access to the pool. A cross trainer and an exercise bike are also available for free. This room is also air conditioned.

A second bedroom with two single beds shares the bathroom (shower tray) with the third bedroom, which is accessed via a space. This has a double bed and direct access to a quiet and very private terrace in the rear and cooler part of the house. The space in between has a sofa bed ideal for children.

Son Parc is a very exclusive residential area which is ideally located on the north coast of Menorca, in the middle of pine forests (green lung of the island) halfway between the two capitals Mahon and Ciudatella. The typical port of Fornells is 10 minutes away. There you can practice all water sports or rent a boat to explore the many pristine bays on the north coast by sea. Back in the evening, enjoy the night market before dining in front of the boats.
