The master bedroom features a king-size bed, stylish décor, soft lighting, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed with a Smart TV, ideal for kids or additional guests. The third bedroom also offers a full-size bed with a Smart TV, making the home perfect for groups who want both comfort and privacy. Fresh linens and ample storage are provided in all rooms to ensure a comfortable stay.

Guests have full access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome as well as the community amenities. Enjoy a resort-style experience with access to a sparkling swimming pool, kiddie pool, relaxing hot tub, fully equipped fitness center, and business center. Whether you want to unwind, stay active, or work remotely, everything you need is right within the community.

Our prime location places you just minutes away from everything Orlando has to offer. You are only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO), and just 5 minutes from Old Town and Fun Spot, where you can enjoy rides, shopping, and entertainment. You’ll also be close to Target, Publix, Walmart, restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores for everyday convenience. With easy access to major highways and International Drive, exploring Orlando’s theme parks, outlet malls, nightlife, and attractions is simple and stress-free.

Parking is managed through the community’s ParkM system. Guests may enjoy complimentary registration for one vehicle when details are submitted at least 2–3 hours before the 4:00 PM check-in time. Required details include vehicle make and model, color, license plate number, and last 6 digits of the VIN. Late submissions may require guests to use paid parking for the first night. Alternatively, guests may self-register their vehicle through ParkM for approximately $5 per night. Please note that only registered vehicles are permitted, and unregistered vehicles may be subject to towing.

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need assistance. This is a self-check-in property, allowing you to arrive at your convenience while still having support just a message away. Whether you need help with the home, local recommendations, or travel tips, we are happy to assist and ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.

For special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or celebrations, we offer custom setup options to help make your stay even more memorable. Early check-in and late check-out may also be available upon request for a small fee, subject to availability.

For stays of 4 nights or more, we offer optional mid-stay cleaning for $80, which includes light cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens upon request with 24-hour notice.

For security reasons, we do not accept mail or package deliveries at the property. Guests are encouraged to use nearby pickup locations or secure delivery points. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages sent to the home.
