( Catch and release Bass, Carp, Sun fish and other ). South facing pool with available electric heater for swimming no matter what time of year it is. Lanai accessed through sliders via family room, great room, dinette or master bedroom. Three good sized bedrooms, baths in both bathrooms as well as walk-in shower in master bathroom. There are 4 major airports within 100 miles for easy snowbird commuting including Punta Gorda with 20 nonstop locations just 17 miles away.
