Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. Quiet neighborhood 15-20 minute drive to beaches in Florida or Alabama. Explore the neighborhood and take an afternoon walk to a nearby park on the water's edge. Conveniently located approximately 5 miles from the Navy base (NAS), and 4 miles from downtown Pensacola. Wal-Mart, several restaurants, and shopping centers nearby.
**Washer/dryer available with advanced notice and is a space shared with me.
