The cottage is a rustic-style holiday flat on two levels. It is located on the first floor of a detached house, about 300 metres from the sea and the famous pebble beach of Baia la Guidaloca.
A spiral staircase connects the flat to the garden and a large veranda of 70 square metres with a view of the entire bay.
The house has two floors; the owners live on the ground floor and have two dogs and five cats. The first floor is available to guests, who are welcomed with warmth and typical southern hospitality. The flat consists of three rooms. Upon entering, there is the living room with table, chairs, sofa, TV and wood-burning fireplace. On request, it is possible to add two beds. Separated by a wall, there is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a window, equipped with a gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave and juicer. From here, a wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine with the sleeping area and a double bed. The low ceiling creates a cosy atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet and hairdryer. The cottage is perfect for a couple or a family with children. It can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two people in extra beds.
About 50 metres from the entrance gate, on the main road, there is a bus stop for Scopello and Castellammare. These towns offer bars, restaurants and shops. Bus times are better in summer, but the bus also operates in winter. The sea can be reached with a pleasant walk of 300 metres. In summer, the beach offers sun beds, umbrellas, bars and restaurants, and it is possible to rent canoes, pedal boats and access the water parks.
The owner provides two bicycles free of charge and pets are allowed.
