Fully furnished upgraded condo, with all utilities and internet included. The condo is close to everything- Whole Foods is less than a block away, restaurants and bars, and plenty of shopping too. The condo features a balcony, a full bathroom, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a living room filled with light, a kitchen with all pots & pans, etc. to cook wonderful meals.

There is an in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. The building features a gym and a lounge room with a pool table.

No smoking. All utilities included. Additional $200 move-in fee paid directly to the condo association. Public parking garage is directly across the street.
