Comfortable holiday home at the Lake of Sellin, 3 bedrooms

We cordially invite you to our holiday home right on the lake. <br>This holiday townhouse, located in a quiet setting directly on Lake Sellin and featuring its own private boat dock, is situated along the walking and biking path leading to Sellin Harbour.<br>The terrace in front of the living room is perfect for relaxing in the sun with a view of the lake. The terrace features six chairs with a table and a parasol (plus a beach chair during the summer), as well as a charcoal grill—ideal for dining outdoors with the whole family.<br>The living room, with its large sofa, armchairs, and additional dining area with chairs, offers plenty of space for all guests.<br>The living room faces the lake, offering a picturesque view of the lake even from the sofa.<br>The ground floor also features a kitchen, equipped with everything you need, as well as a dining area and a bathroom in the entryway. <br>Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. <br>The third bedroom, with a double bed, is located in the attic and also offers an unobstructed view of the lake. <br>For families with small children, we provide a high chair and a cot. There is a free parking spot right in front of the house.<br>The picturesque pier on the Baltic Sea beach is about a 35-minute leisurely walk from the house, along Wilhelmstraße with its beautiful villas in the traditional seaside resort architectural style. <br>Restaurants and shopping options in the immediate vicinity of the house ensure your comfort during your holiday.<br>We wish you a wonderful stay!
