This house has a fully stocked kitchen with Granite counters, huge fridge, dishwasher, updated bathroom & vinyl plank flooring throughout. You'll enjoy Central air, a living room w/75" Roku TV & reclining sofa, a desk, a bedroom w/65" Roku TV, washer/dryer, plus front & rear decks. The window units are for late July/August when most places here can't reach cool, we can!
Enjoy easy access to Pensacola Beach just 11 minutes drive. Grocery 5 min drive plus an array of restaurants nearby.

I'm Bridgette, I vacationed here on the beach about 25 years ago with my family and fell in love with the warm water, white sand, and intracoastal waterway. A few years later we moved to Pensacola Beach and fixed up a townhouse that had been destroyed by Hurricane Ivan. Now, my kids have grown up and I've moved to Gulf Breeze--just before the beach. Gulf Breeze is a great little community and peninsula situated between Pensacola and Pensacola Beach with many conveniences such as large grocery stores, a great hospital, Andrews Institute (where the pro's get their knees fixed) and lots of restaurants including Chick-fil-a, McDonald's, Walmart, Pedro's, Arby's, First Watch, Chipotle, Starbucks, Panera, & Waffle House. The neighborhood is a great area for a long walk, jog, or bike ride. Now, my boyfriend Gary & I welcome you to enjoy a suite for two with your own private entrance.
