Guest access
As part of the Regal experience, guests will have access to the entire home to ensure maximum enjoyment and privacy. The only exception will be the utility room located in the basement which is being used as supply/consumable storage.

Other things to note
Guests are responsible for additional consumables outside of the initial supply provided.

Although we are pet friendly, the addition of pets into the home is subject to approval and certain breeds may be restricted.
