Tucked within the tranquil Sandy Valley neighborhood, the setting is serene and relaxing, an ideal place to enjoy slow mornings, quiet evenings, and the best of Vineyard living. Despite its peaceful surroundings, the property is exceptionally central, with easy access to Airport Road and County Road, allowing for convenient travel to all three main island towns. Downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven are each just a short drive away, placing restaurants, boutique shopping, ferries, and harbor activities within easy reach.

For beach days and outdoor adventures, guests will love the proximity to State Beach, South Beach, and Long Point Beach, making it effortless to enjoy the shoreline, scenic bike rides, and everything that makes Martha’s Vineyard so special.

Under new ownership, the home is being thoughtfully enhanced for the Summer 2026 season. This property is especially meaningful to our family, but it is not our first experience as hosts. Over the years, our family has owned and managed vacation homes on Martha’s Vineyard, along the South Shore of Boston, and in Charleston, South Carolina. Those experiences have shaped the way we host today, with a genuine commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience and a Vineyard vacation you will want to return to year after year.
