Colette was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Anything you need, she responds. I felt so welcomed. The cabin is comfortable and clean. It was well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The washer and dryer is small but priceless for a week long stay. I loved watching the bird feeder, porch visiting moths and peaceful location. It wasn’t a long drive Bryson City. I made a day trip to Franklin for some gem mining. The in and out of the driveway was a little scary because I was in a big truck but it’s manageable. I recommend routing your gps/Google Maps before you leave the cabin for your outing. The WiFi was pretty decent. I would love to come back with my family and rent both cabins at the same time.

Bill & I reside in Bradenton FL, but love our tiny homes in Bryson City as they’re a great get away for our family & friends. We only recently finished the 2 home so we are excited to use it.

Why they chose this property

We had been coming to the Fontana lakes area w friends for years. We loved their place but liked to remote feel & easy store access of our place. We are just minutes from medical care or shopping which makes our location handy.

What makes this property unique

The remote feel yet close proximity to shopping & medical care. Plus, the ability to have 2 homes to stsy in & use while visiting here.
