Das Ferien-Haus Gabi ist in die Jahre gekommen und man müsste auch mal reinvestieren, wenn Urlauber weiterhin dort Erholung und Zufriedenheit finden sollen. Die Lage ist ok - es ist halt ein sehr eng mit Häusern zugestelltes Feriendorf - außerhalb der Saison super. Ein wackliger Wohnzimmertisch, ein abbröckelnder Kamin, Scharnirdefekter Küchenschrank, ein verrosteter Kleiderständer, Sauna-Lampenabdeckung kaputt, Duschkabine die nicht schließt…. Jeder Punkt für sich kein Drama - aber in der Summe??? Fotos können bei Bedarf nachgereicht werden. Dazu kommt, dass die Stromberechnung separat erfolgt - der Preis pro Kilowattstunde liegt nahezu doppelt so hoch wie normal… das klingt schwierig und wird nicht dazu führen, dass wir nochmals dorthin fahren.

Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass auch dies bei der Gesamtbetrachtung berücksichtigt werden muss. Die Stromkosten sind transparent in den Buchungsbedingungen geregelt und werden entsprechend abgerechnet. Wir bedauern, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat, weisen jedoch darauf hin, dass wir als Vermieter großen Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang sowie einen angemessenen Zustand bei Abreise legen. Das Haus machte erstmal einen schönen Eindruck, aber richtig willkommen fühlten wir uns nicht. Die Heizung war aus, sowie der Kühlschrank. Im Bad stand eine leere Handseife und auf dem Tisch eine fast abgebrante Kerze. Kaminholz hätten wir sehr überteuert erhalten können, auch Badvorleger und Geschirrtücher kosteten extra. Die Fenster waren undicht, so dass es immer etwas kühl war.Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir aber sofort eine neue Kaffeemaschine und einen Fön, das war positiv. Unterm Strich geht es wohl mehr um den Gewinn, als um das Wohl der Gäste- das war schade. Es braucht keinen großen finanziellen Aufwand gute Gastgeber zu sein.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir sehr, dass Sie sich insgesamt nicht willkommen gefühlt haben. Hinweise wie die ausgeschaltete Heizung und die fehlende Kleinigkeiten nehmen wir ernst und werden sie intern prüfen. Das Kaminholz wird in einer großen Kiste mit extra Anzündholz, Kohlenanzünder und Feuerzeug bis vor das Objekt geliefert. Es tut uns leid, dass bei Ihnen der Eindruck entstanden ist, das Wohl unserer Gäste stehe nicht im Mittelpunkt. Genau das möchten wir verbessern. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Wir freuen uns Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen.

Das Haus liegt an sehr guter Lage, alles Wichtige ist fussläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, der Parkplatz vor dem Haus perfekt. Stil und Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Leider war die Sauberkeit suboptimal. Die Organisation klappte hervorragend - war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt (10 Tage).

Gerade in der Vorsaison ist Rügen sehr zu empfehlen. Das kleine Ferienhaus in der Anlage ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütliches Häuschen in top Lage am Strand

Sehr schön...die nähe zum Strand war top.Hat alles gepasst, nur einen Stern Abzug bei Sauberkeit. War doch etwas angestaubt, einige Spinnenweben wenn man genau hin sah und die Stuhlauflagen und der Grill im Schuppen waren leider sehr dreckig, haben das dann nicht benutzt. Austattung ausreichend und top. genutzt)genu Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach wunderbar

Wir waren im Januar in diesem bezaubernden kleinen Häuschen.Es war einfach wunderschön.Es liegt traumhaft fast direkt am Strand ,wenn man morgens die erste Hunderunde geht und gleich aufs Meer schauen kann fängt der Tag gut an .Das Haus war sauber und fragen wurden direkt beantwortet.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Lage top, aber es gibt Mängel

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut. Alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses in vielen Fällen als "billig" zu bezeichnen (z.B. Ausstattung der Küche, wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern). Besonders erschreckend fanden wir die abschließende Nebenkostenabrechnung für Strom und Wasser. Hier wird ein Grundpreis festgelegt, der nicht marktüblich ist. Hier können Nachzahlungen von mehreren hundert-Euro entstehen. Also Vorsicht.
