Cody and developer Paul Trousdale - known for the Beverly Hills Trousdale Estates - the community offers a perfect retreat for desert-goers that's surrounded by lush green gardens.

The stylish interior presents new furnishings and appliances, while the exterior has three patios. The outdoor space paired with walls of windows makes the rental feel all the more spacious.

When venturing out, the unbeatable locale is close to various hiking trails, golf courses, and trendy shopping. Downtown is about 5 minutes away.

LIVING AREA

Detailed with mid-century modern furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows, the welcoming living area is a prime place to relax. A Roku TV sets the scene for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops sparkle in the kitchen, which also features a desk.

BED & BATH

This ground-floor bungalow sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.

A great mid-century modern condo in a historic complex

Entering the unit felt like stepping back in times. The pool and the landscaping is beautiful. It is a quiet community and perfect for relaxation.

There was fraud in the inducement here!This place is a fishbowl! No privacy, right next to a driveway & carport, big street light outside bedroom, no lock on broken sliding door, no umbrella as pictured, no heat in swimming pool & spa, many other maintenance issues which we had to deal with on our “vacation “. Buyer beware!!
