Located on a quiet street in South East Palm Springs, this contemporary gem will be the place to call home on your next sun-filled vacation. Conveniently located near the Palm Springs International Airport, numerous golf courses, and downtown, there will be no delay in having the best time on this vacation. You'll also be just a block away from Demuth Park, which has 12 pickleball courts, a dog Park, a bike path to CV link, and a playground. Tahquitz Creek Golf Course is just slightly farther. Make the short four-mile drive into the downtown core and spend your days exploring the various shops, restaurants, and art exhibits that make this city unique. Not to mention, unlimited hiking trails abound in the foothills of Mount San Jacinto. Head over to Joshua Tree National Park for a quick day trip!

The modern remodel features mid-century-inspired furniture and artwork throughout. Enjoy the private pool, optionally heated for a fee, in the fenced backyard while sipping refreshing beverages and soaking in the sweeping views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The outdoor oasis has a gas grill, alfresco dining, and outdoor living room furniture, including chaise lounges. In the front courtyard, you will find a private and inviting spa. The living area is the social heart of the house, creating a communal atmosphere perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Also included is a large HDTV for watching your favorite shows or movies. Adjacent is a bonus den providing a comfortable sectional for reading and relaxing. The well-equipped kitchen is beautifully renovated with gleaming white quartz countertops, rich wood cabinets, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup! Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee, courtesy of the Nespresso machine. As evening falls, fire up the propane grill for a home-style cookout.

Things to Know
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Sparkling clean and well-appointed rental in a quiet neighborhood that was perfect for my friend and I during our writing retreat! The location is perfect, close to the airport if needed, and cose to downtown but also very quiet. The house is beautiful, the amenities are ideal. Contact with the property manager was always quick and easy.

We had 5 lovely days at this house. For 3 people it was spacious and private enough for all of us. We had wonderful meals and restful time at the pool. The home is close to everything and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We had a great time and plan to come back in the future!

Great place to relax

Very nice place to hang out during our trip to palm springs. Complete visual privacy with several different places to relax around the property. Well furnished though a larger fry pan or wok would be nice.

We loved our stay here - we paid to have the pool heater on during the time and it was worth it. The house was great for our family of four plus dog - well-equipped kitchen, fun decor, comfy spots to relax both inside and out. There is a park nearby that we enjoyed walks to and there’s a path along the golf course for longer jaunts. Restaurants and other attractions not far to get to. It was a lovely stay!

The interior is clean, the exterior was dirty, and we had to clean the pool before using it, as well as daybeds and chairs. The yard is not very pet-friendly; there are cactus plants all over with sharp needles that end up on the ground. My dog and I got one stuck to us.

Great location - Great home

The property is large, modern and conveniently located to downtown, it's an 11 dollar ride to Arenas or Downtown, walking distance to a really great park that you can walk the dogs and there's a nearby dog park too but the park itself is really awesome. The home's pool and hot tub soothed aching muscles and provided a nice amenity. The views are amazing as well.

This home was lovely! Super clean, fully stocked kitchen, everything was fully set up when we arrived. We appreciated that it was fully dog friendly, including the yard being fully fenced. The home is near downtown and across from a beautiful park, but still felt quiet and secluded. Highly recommend!

Mid Century Dream

We loved the mid century vibe of this Palm Springs home. It was my first time in Palm Springs and I loved sitting by the pool looking at the palms and mountains in the distance. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The hot tub was a nice bonus!

Great place to stay. Close to Demuth Park and convenient to shopping and dining. Kitchen fully equipped. Office space very usable. Pleasant palm Springs vibe. Hot tub was nice but quit heating. Ourside hammock needs repair. Wonderful water pressure in shower but drain in hall shower drain needs fixing. attention

The home was simply awesome with its pristine white color, and impressive furniture. Contrasting color inside. Great to see a small working den apart from 2B2B. Parking good enough for 1 car, but one can use the street for 2nd car park. Loved the stay though i feel tea bags/sugar could have been provided complimentary.

Palm Springs Oasis

This place is situated in a very quiet residential area of Palm Springs. The house was very thoughtfully stocked and is even nicer than the photos! My friend, dog and I great time :) Do be aware that no music outdoors is allowed (so no pool parties ;). Highly recommend other than that
