Enjoy top-notch amenities including access to a 24-hour fitness center, a communal grill area, and two heated, resort-style pools and spas on the lush property. This second-story rental boasts high-end interior upgrades throughout and a private balcony.

Hardwood floors and a soothing color palette with bright accents create a relaxing vibe in the living room. Unwind on the comfy sofa and watch shows on the 46” flat-screen TV. Enjoy seamless access to the private balcony. Whip up meals in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. Helpful gadgets include a Keurig coffeemaker and toaster. Share meals at the dining table for four or at the two-top breakfast bar.

Absolutely loved this place!!! Location was perfect and within walking distance to a few places to get food. Pool was perfect and the people that live at the complex were friendly. 2nd floor was great- allowed for privacy while sitting outside. It had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Highly recommend!!

The condo was perfectly located. Close to grocery stores and coffee shops, hiking trails and bike trails. The condo was clean except for the bedroom carpets. Called Vrbo and they had a cleaning company come in and steam clean the carpets the day after I called. Vrbo was very attentive and that was very much appreciated.

When we try to get in the first night the lock and code pad was broken so we need to use key the lock was broken no one ever came to fix door for the whole time we were there and we called everyday. I don’t recommend this condo to rent to anyone just horrible

Great overall clean place and location but the communication around check in requirements was awful. Vacasa didn’t release the check in code and info and thus was on the phone with their support line for an hr. They require their own separate info beyond VRBO, very strange. It is not a seamless process at all.

Convenient, stylish unit

We have stayed in this unit before and plan to again in the future. There are dishes, silverware, etc., but if you are needing a piece of paper or pen, bring your own. :) We love the location of this unit to the parking lot and pool. The unit was clean, but the high traffic areas of carpet could use a needed steam clean. That is the only reason I didn't give the unit a five-star rating for cleanliness. All in all, the unit is five-star.

Accommodations were very good overall. However, issues forwarded to Vacasa on several occasions were not addressed, either at all, or effectively. Light over shower in second bath never addressed. The alarm situation was never fixed. For six weeks we complained and it was not remedied. A nice relaxing vacation with the alarm sounding multiple times throughout the day, beginning every morning promptly at 7am. Also 7pm and 8 pm and anytime we would return during the day or night. No follow up communications afterwards. But it’s good to know that you are interested in our feedback.

Nice, but we will never stay with TurnKey Vacation Rentals again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice condo in a safe, central location and easy to access. It was mostly as pictured, but these are our major complaints: 1) master bedroom comforter and blanket were stained (wine and ?), 2) master furniture was dusty, 3) master bathroom was outdated, dirty and not (moldy shower curtain and tile, cracked counter laminate, no bathmats, severely water-stained mirrors, fingerprints everywhere, no exhaust fan) 4) windows throughout were filthy and blinds were disheveled, 5) dining room table was covered in fingerprints, 6) wi-fi didn’t work well (this was a working vacation), and 7) the condo alarm kept going off without operation instructions (we had to call Turnkey at least 10 different times during our stay). Pictures are available for anyone who would like to see them. Our biggest disappointment is with TurnKey Vacation Rentals and how they chose to handle our feedback after our stay. We are writing this review exactly 2 months after we arrived and after 7 weeks of repeated attempts to speak to a manager. All emails and calls have been ignored. The one call we did receive and return was not reciprocated. Our intention was to speak with someone directly, share our experience, and give them an opportunity to respond before leaving a public review. It has become evidently clear that TurnKey does not care about their clients or the client experience and, therefore, we will never be renting from the company again. We would caution anyone interested in a TurnKey Vacation Rental to consider a different alternative and rent elsewhere.
