Welcome to your beachside cottage retreat in Oak Island. Located just across the street from direct beach access, this charming 2-bedroom getaway blends vintage coastal character with modern comfort. Perfect for families or couples, you will love relaxing on the spacious shared deck, soaking up salty breezes, and enjoying easy access to 28 miles of beautiful shoreline.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($47) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. Our place was very clean and organized for our needs. Loved the short walk to the beach which was a very quiet & family place. As seniors the 6 steps into the cottage was great!! Best of all Pet friendly...Highly recommend.
