The space-

Discover this newly built 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse located in the highly desirable beach town of Lewes. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, this home puts you close to everything that makes Lewes so special!

Enjoy an open-concept main floor perfect for entertaining, a spacious upstairs loft ideal for lounging or extra guests, and a large back deck with peaceful views and no neighbors behind you—perfect for soaking in the coastal breeze. With plenty of space for family and friends, this home is your perfect coastal getaway!

This home is just a short bike ride [about 10 minutes] away to Canal Front Park and local shops and restaurants along 2nd street.

Parking for up to two cars in the driveway. Extra cars may park on the street directly out-front of the home, but NO parking is allowed on the cal-de-sac. This home sleeps 8 guests comfortably!
