Fabulous Ocean, Marsh & ICW Views! 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath, Pool, Hot Tub, Elevator

Built in 2006, this wonderful house design was created for families and friends to spend quality time together. Kitchen refresh prior to start of 2022 season. It has an inverted floor plan--the kitchen, dining area and main living area are on the top floor, allowing for the best ocean views of Holden Beach, as well as incredible views of the marsh and ICW. Enjoy Smart Home entry system.

Beach Access - Walk directly across the street from POM Breeze and you will find yourself on Holden Beach. You won't believe how close it is!

House Access - An elevator allows access to all levels of the home. It is handicapped accessible and saves with loading and unloading vehicles. Both living levels are wheelchair and stroller accessible with wide hallways. There are 4 easy walk-in showers and 2 bathtubs. Wi-Fi is throughout home.

Living Areas - The upper living area has a TV, DVD player and lots of space. The views of the ocean are spectacular from the front of the home; the views of the marsh and ICW are also enjoyable from the back of the home. There are games and puzzles to enjoy. The lower living area is a great place to hang, offering a TV and DVD player. Again, enjoy the views of the ocean and the marsh from this level, as well.

Both living areas, front and rear decks and pool area have audio sound system. The lower level sectional is also a queen-size sleeper.

Kitchen/Dining - This well-equipped kitchen is high-end, boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We have stocked it with everything we have needed when renting beach homes. We believe our kitchen will allow you to be able to cook for your entire crew. The dining table seats 8, 6 barstools are around the kitchen island. A pantry off the kitchen provides extra storage.

Pool & Hot Tub - After a great day at the beach, enjoy some time around the pool or in the hot tub. It is lovely in the evening! Pool is half in the shade; great place to cool off from the beach.

Bedrooms - Four of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a shared bathroom off of the kitchen. There is a half bath on the lower level.

Cleaning - The house is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. In addition, every bed is fully protected with a sealed mattress protector, ensuring you will have a good night's sleep.

Minimum stay - Mid May through Mid September, the minimum stay is 7 days with the change over day being Saturday. Mid September through Mid May, the minimum stay is 3 days.

Garbage cans shall be placed within 5 feet of the street on Monday and Friday evenings. Trash pickup is Tuesday and Saturday early mornings.

Family beach vacation 2025

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay with quick beach access. The in ground pool was smaller than expected, however the smaller children enjoyed the water and the experience. It was pleasant to find pool "toys" on site. Traveling with family for week's vacation with ALL the necessities plus beach and pool equipment is very challenging Thanks for use of your property for our memorable family beach vacation.

A Terrific Vacation Home

Perfect place for multi-generational families. Lots of space, incredibly clean, well-stocked kitchen, serene views, and beach access directly across the street. Everyone had a lovely time and we all agreed the house was great. We fell in love with Holden Beach and will definitely be back.

This property was amazing, it had the convenience of the beach across the street and a pool for when you want to chill at the house. Kitchen was equipped to the max. The house is lovely! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

House was lovely. We normally stay oceanfront but wanted a home with a pool so decided to try this home. The beach access was directly across the street which was perfect. Loved having the pool option! Great fun!

Family vacation

Pom Breeze is a wonderful house. Short walk to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped for family meals. We like that four of the bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms. Having the pool & hot tub is a plus too. Enjoyed playing games, going to the beach & seeing turtle hatch.

Wonderful visit to Pom Breeze

We visited Holden Beach in July with our stay at Pom Breeze. The home was just as advertised. The rooms and space were great. The location with beach access directly across the street made it easy to go back and forth. Having the pool was a great addition. With an unexpected A/C issue, the owner was extremely responsive, and the resolution was quick. I would highly recommend this rental.

Excellent Getaway

Rented this place to celebrate parents/grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. Good location with nice views and easy access to the beach access. Only real complaint is the master bathroom shower. It was an amazing shower, large with 2 shower heads, but not very clean.

Great location & amenities

The location is great, right across from beach access. The home was clean, but dirty sheets in bags from previous renters left there during the week. Missing TV remotes and no recycling bin, but otherwise no issues with the home. Quick responses from the owner for questions. Kitchen is well-stocked and pool/hot tub clean. Thank you!

Second time around

We stayed at this property in 2021 and loved it. That is why we booked it a second time. It was as wonderful as the first time. Great location, wonderful views of the beach and marsh, and great floor plan. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything in the kitchen you could need. Elevator was very helpful. Owner is wonderful to work with.

Great place!

The location is awesome with direct beach access across the street, nice views from decks, salt marsh in the rear. Well furnished, well equipped kitchen, clean, roomy house. Very, very nice. Hot tub and pool are a nice bonus. Nothing but good things to say about this property. Everyone in the family enjoyed their time there and commented about how nice it was and the beautiful views and location. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Highly recommend. Owner is great, readily available to communicate and answer questions.

Amazing House!

We loved staying here at POM Breeze! It was clean, well stocked, had great views, and just steps to the beach! So relaxing, and just what we were wanting for this trip! All of our questions were answered within minutes (literally!) of sending the message, and the small issues were fixed right then! (Troubleshooting the fans and the a/c) The owner is extremely attentive and it’s obvious he wants you to enjoy your stay as much as you want to enjoy it!! Saving this one in our Favorites in case we are ever back in the area again! Highly recommend this beach house!

Beautiful location but house had cockroaches.

Convenient to beach, and the view was beautiful. However, there were dead cockroaches in four of the rooms and the coffee pot. There was also a live cockroach in one of the rooms. Also, although the house is beautiful, it was not well cleaned prior to our stay. For a vacation home of such a price, I would expect much more in the way of cleanliness. We made the best of our stay, and did manage to have a nice time.

Perfect Family Getaway!

From check-in to check-out and all of the awesomeness in between, this rental was amazing! The owner was very responsive and extremely helpful along the way. We visited Holden Beach with a group of 4 families and this property met all of our needs. Being close to the beach was important since we didn’t want to walk far with young children and all of our beach gear in tow. With the private beach access across from the driveway it made our beach trips a breeze. The elevator came in handy when unloading and loading our luggage, groceries and lazy children. The layout was convenient and offered privacy and almost all of the rooms had their own private bathroom! We were excited to find games such as UNO, Banagrams, etc. to keep the adults entertained in the evenings. I would also like to point out that the kitchen had everything we needed for us to cook dinner each night that we were there. The kids loved the hot tub and everyone enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the marsh! This place has too many great things to fit into this review but trust me when I say you won’t be disappointed if you stay here :)

Perfect home for family vacation

Pom Breeze is a beautiful home that has everything you need for a family vacation. There are lovely views of the beach and the marsh . The beach access is right across the street. The beach is beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. We traveled with an infant, toddlers, and adults of all ages including elderly great grandparents. This home accommodated us all perfectly. Having the elevator was great! We recommend Pom Breeze for your stay at Holden Beach.

We have talked for years about one day having a beach home. We have rented several beach homes through the years and have learned what 'works' for us. After a great deal of research, we settled on Holden Beach. The first time we drove over the bridge onto the island, the view took our breath away! We hope you will enjoy your time at POM Breeze and that you will fill it with laughter and create great memories!

We love the location of our beach house--the great views, coupled with the fact that beach access is directly across the street--makes it a great place to vacation. We know what it is like to vacation with family and friends. POM Breeze has been put to the test. Fourteen people easily fit in this home. Enjoy!
