Ausstattung/Sauberkeit/Lage

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt eine Grundsanierung. Bis auf die Bäder ist es nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Möbel sind sehr abgewohnt und schmutzig. Alles sehr lieblos zusammengetragen. Die Lage und die Aufteilung des Hauses sind gut. Man ist schnell am Strand und im Geschehen. Ich würde es in diesem Zustand nicht nochmal buchen.
