The charming natural stone finca "Ca Sa Padrineta" is ideal for 2 guests seeking a relaxing holiday near Capdepera. This holiday home features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, washing machine, TV, as well as a cot and high chair (upon request). Nestled in the beautiful natural landscape of northeast sunny Mallorca, it's a perfect escape from everyday life. The house is surrounded by rugged scenery with views of the "Serra de Llevant" mountain peaks. Traditional Mallorcan touches include wooden ceiling beams, stone walls, and terracotta tiled floors in the approximately 60 m² home.
Outside, you will find a private pool, garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. The nearest supermarkets and shops are in Capdepera's center, just a 10-minute drive (5 km). The closest beach is Cala Moll, also 10 minutes by car (7 km). Palma de Mallorca and the airport are about an hour away by car (75 km).
Bed linen and towels are included. Charging electric cars is not permitted.
