Step outside to a spacious backyard with lots to do —perfect for gatherings, games, or relaxing under the West Texas sky. With smart entry, a 2-car garage, and a peaceful neighborhood, this home is ideal for families, groups, and weekend getaways.

Extended stays [Monthly and Beyond] welcome. Ideal for insurance, relocation, or visiting faculty of TTU.

Early Check In and Late Check Out are an additional option for $40 each. Subject to Availability. Please inquire for availability.

Keyless entry on front door. Garage can be accessed by interior push button. No garage door remotes will be available.
