Home was just right. Beds were comfortable and backyard was great for our chihuahuas. Hosts dining recommendations (Triple J Chophouse and Lubbock Breakfast House) were right on. Short but enjoyable stay. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Very ideal location from TTU which my son will now be attending. Pet friendly and right next to the park to take the dogs on a walk or if you have lil ones to get out and play. Perfect spot for a quick get away. The host was very accommodating to the beat of his abilities. Will be booking again for future stay.

A quaint home close to Tech. We enjoyed the super-cold A/C on the hot summer nights. The kitchen is functional but could use a few more items as there were only two cups in the cabinet and one spoon in the drawer. Overall, met our needs and we would stay here again.

Cutest lil neighborhood, super duper quiet, capitol pizza is good house is clean and nice, washer & dryer are BOTH quiet. Wasn’t able to log into my YouTube TV it was stuck on the homeowners login so I couldn’t watch my preferred TV channels which was a buzz kill. Will stay again.

Tech Terrace is a very special neighborhood with a rich and vibrant culture dating back to the early 1940’s. Many of the homes have been restored but maintain their vintage charm!

Our home was built in one of the earliest neighborhoods in the early 1940’s. Tech Terrace homes have a lot of character and charm. We strive to maintain the vintage charm with a modern touch!
