Cutest lil neighborhood, super duper quiet, capitol pizza is good house is clean and nice, washer & dryer are BOTH quiet. Wasn’t able to log into my YouTube TV it was stuck on the homeowners login so I couldn’t watch my preferred TV channels which was a buzz kill. Will stay again.

Tech Terrace is a very special neighborhood with a rich and vibrant culture dating back to the early 1940’s. Many of the homes have been restored but maintain their vintage charm!

What makes this property unique

Our home was built in one of the earliest neighborhoods in the early 1940’s. Tech Terrace homes have a lot of character and charm. We strive to maintain the vintage charm with a modern touch!
